ICT Academy


ICT Academy is an initiative of the Government of India in collaboration with the state Governments and Industries. ICT Academy is a not-for-profit society, the first of its kind pioneer venture under the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model that endeavours to train the higher education teachers and students thereby exercises on developing the next generation teachers and industry ready students.

ICT Academy was started to meet the skill requirements of the industry and generate more employment especially in tier 2 and 3 towns, the rural parts of the country. The organization was formed with representations from the State Government of Tamil Nadu, leading companies in the ICT industry and National Association of Software Services Companies (NASSCOM) in India.

ICT Academy has been working through a seven pillar program in the areas of Faculty Development, Student Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Youth Empowerment, Industry-Institute Interaction, Digital Empowerment and Research & Publications.


To be a leading ICT knowledge centre, providing consultancy and training through industry specific research thereby creating a new generation of talent pool.


We collaborate with public and private organizations to create, integrate and disseminate knowledge in the field of ICT to BRIDGE the gap between Academic output and industry requirements thus providing every learner an equal opportunity to become industry ready.


Creating New Generation Talent Pool.



  • Our college hosted the Virtual Power Seminar entitled “Employability Skills” on 30.06.2021 around 100 students were actively participated.
  • Signed MoU with HDFC Bank CSR project entitled ‘Entrepreneurship Cluster Development Programme’ through ICT Academy and nearly 367 students registered for this.
  • 19 Faculty Members dynamically participated in various FDP and certified. (32 Faculty Registered, 20 Trained and 19 certified)
  • Our college hosted the Virtual Power Seminar entitled “Emotional Intelligence” on 10.03.2022 around 115 students were actively participated.
